Cruise Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Research, develop, and implement travel itineraries tailored for your clients.

• Assess individual preferences and requirements for travel to ensure a customized trip for each client.

• Evaluate budgets and plan travel arrangements accordingly.

• Arrange travel necessities such as flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, tours, events, and more!

• Communicate effectively with clients before and after their travels to guarantee satisfaction.

• Address client concerns that may arise prior to, during, or following their travels.

• Participate in ongoing training to acquire and maintain certifications within the travel sector.

• Attend regular webinars with vendors and suppliers to gain expertise in specific destinations and travel types.

• Stay updated on developments within the travel and tourism industry.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Must have dependable internet access and a computer (recommended) or a smartphone.

• Background in hospitality, customer service, or sales is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Personal travel experience is beneficial, but not required.
