This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Coordination and execution of projects
• Support for active projects and users
• Management of contributor support and community interactions
• Oversight of vendor and partner relationships
• Coordination of operations and reporting
• Communication and collaboration with stakeholders
• Continuous improvement through problem-solving initiatives
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to comprehend project instructions and articulate them effectively.
• Experience with Discord and various community/social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
• Organized methodology for logging, tracking, and reporting daily tasks.
• Ability to work autonomously during the night shift.
• Familiarity with VMS portals, Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools (preferred).
