This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.
• Conduct field inspections and perform associated tasks such as interpreting maps and aerial imagery.
• Measure agricultural fields and storage facilities, and discuss crop loss findings with farmers.
• Communicate complex regulations and their interpretations to claimants, agents, and industry professionals.
• Gather information regarding crop damage and document the findings.
• Relay loss information to assess potential indemnities.
• Execute claim reviews and audits.
• Maintain legal compliance by possessing a thorough understanding of regulatory and company policies.
• Engage in projects as required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in the agricultural sector.
• Certification in the Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) must be acquired within 180 days of employment.
• Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Capability to walk in agricultural fields for distances up to 3 miles.
• Ability to climb agricultural storage bins up to 40 feet.
• Capacity to lift weights ranging from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs.
