Personal Liability Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Conducting investigations into moderately complex and complex comprehensive personal liability (CPL) claims, encompassing both moderate and significant CPL losses.

• Evaluating coverage, obtaining recorded statements, assessing liability and damages, managing demands, issuing payments to relevant parties, and negotiating settlements.

• Reviewing and analyzing policy language to ascertain coverage.

• Drafting and responding to attorney correspondence, requests for information, and demands to ensure compliance and reduce legal risk.

• Summarizing documents and entering relevant information into the claims system notes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Valid Adjuster License.

• Proven experience in negotiations and policy interpretation.

• Experience in managing third-party bodily injury claims related to homeowners, renters, landlord, ATV, boat, and golf cart insurance policies.
