This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Croatian-speaking clients through phone, email, and online chat.
• Assist customers with a variety of inquiries related to tourism, bookings, and support requests.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and a friendly tone in all interactions with customers.
• Accurately record and document customer communications to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate remotely with team members to ensure a consistent and outstanding customer experience.
• Engage in training sessions to remain informed about tourism products, services, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Please specify your nationality and native language in your CV and cover letter.
• Prior experience in customer service or the tourism industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote environment.
