This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The CRM Product Specialist is a sales-driven professional focused on acquiring new business and is responsible for securing net new logo acquisition across DP360's Commercial Truck, Marine, Equipment, and Recreational vertical markets.
• This role encompasses the entire sales process; from prospecting and generating a pipeline to discovery, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing — selling DP360's operational software suite that includes CRM and Conversational AI solutions to dealership groups and operators.
• Collaborate closely with the SDR team to enhance messaging, qualify incoming interest, and efficiently convert MQLs to SQLs.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from the initial discovery call to the signed contract, usually taking between 60 to 120 days depending on the complexity of the deal.
• Conduct engaging discovery sessions to gain insights into dealership workflows, identify technology gaps, and understand performance objectives.
• Provide customized product demonstrations of DP360 CRM and Conversational AI tools to dealership operators, General Managers, and ownership groups.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role as an Account Executive or in a similar capacity.
• Proven history of consistently achieving quotas at or above 100%.
• Experience in selling operational or vertical SaaS solutions to small and medium-sized businesses as well as mid-market clients ($15K–$75K ACV).
• Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies, such as Challenger or similar approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to independently generate pipeline through outbound prospecting while also managing inbound and partner-referred leads.
• Exceptional skills in discovery, presentation, and negotiation, with comfort presenting to C-suite executives and ownership-level buyers.
• Data-savvy and disciplined in CRM practices — experience in maintaining an accurate pipeline using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with selling into automotive, powersports, RV, marine, or equipment dealership sectors.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms, dealership management systems (DMS), or Conversational AI/messaging products.
• Experience within a SaaS portfolio (e.g., Coupa, Anaplan, DealerSocket, VinSolutions, vAuto).
• Background in a channel-assisted or partner co-sell sales environment.
• Comfort with product-led growth strategies and shorter, transactional deal cycles, alongside complex enterprise sales.
