This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Take ownership of the CRM calendar for campaigns, launches, and trading events.

• Create and enhance lifecycle flows for onboarding, winback, replenishment, and retention.

• Oversee and refine subscription communications utilizing Recharge.

• Formulate segmentation strategies to boost engagement and encourage repeat purchases.

• Design and implement high-performing Klaviyo campaigns and automated journeys.

• Enhance customer communication across email and subscription channels.

• Analyze the performance of campaigns and flows to uncover optimization opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with Growth and Creative teams on messaging, positioning, and testing.

• Contribute to wider retention and customer engagement initiatives.

• Ensure that CRM initiatives align with broader commercial and growth objectives.

• Demonstrated CRM expertise within a DTC/eCommerce brand.

• Proficient in Klaviyo with hands-on experience.

• Background in working with Recharge or subscription-oriented brands.

• Solid understanding of email marketing best practices.

• Experience in building and optimizing lifecycle flows.

• Commercial insight into retention, repeat purchases, and LTV.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led setting.

• Exceptional attention to detail and quality of execution.

• Ability to balance creativity with data-driven performance.
