CRM Lifecycle Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Implement and consistently enhance our CRM strategy throughout the organization.

• Create, develop, and refine automated customer journeys for onboarding, retention, reactivation, and loyalty.

• Execute highly personalized, data-driven CRM campaigns that boost engagement, return traffic, and clickouts.

• Enhance player engagement through high-quality, localized content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in the iGaming industry or digital entertainment sector, with a solid understanding of Sportsbook and Casino products.

• Capability to design and optimize automated player journeys for onboarding, retention, churn prevention, and VIP/loyalty advancement.

• Practical experience in constructing campaigns and customer journeys using platforms such as Optimove, Iterable, Xtremepush, Smartico, or other similar CRM technologies.

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign data, recognize opportunities, and enhance performance through testing and experimentation. Proficient in working with KPIs like open rates, click-through rates, opt-outs, and clickouts.

• Proven track record of utilizing customer data and AI models to effectively target specific player segments with relevant games, offers, and bonuses.

• A collaborative mindset, confident in working alongside Product, Marketing, Data, and Compliance teams to achieve shared goals.

• Curiosity, commercial acumen, and a commitment to continuous improvement, with an interest in leveraging AI to streamline workflows and expedite delivery.
