CRM Innovation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the CRM innovation roadmap by identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement, personalization, retention, and operational efficiency.

• Conduct research, assess, and pilot new CRM, AI, automation, and customer engagement technologies that can deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Develop and validate proof-of-concepts prior to allocating engineering resources for full-scale development.

• Collaborate with CRM, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to implement predictive models, personalization features, and advanced segmentation strategies.

• Lead experimentation initiatives to evaluate new CRM strategies, customer experiences, and technological solutions.

• Contribute to the evolution of the CRM technology ecosystem, involving platforms such as Braze, Segment, Snowflake, Amplitude, dbt, Movable Ink, and other related technologies.

• Identify opportunities to automate workflows, enhance campaign execution, and boost the effectiveness of CRM programs.

• Transform innovative ideas into well-defined business cases, implementation plans, and measurable success criteria.

• Stay updated on industry trends in CRM, MarTech, AI, and personalization, bringing fresh ideas and capabilities to the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Technology, Growth, Analytics, Product, or similar innovation-driven roles.

• Strong comprehension of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, personalization, segmentation, and experimentation.

• Practical experience with platforms such as Braze, Segment, Snowflake, Amplitude, dbt, Movable Ink, or comparable technologies.

• Proficient SQL skills with the ability to analyze data independently and assess business opportunities.

• Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making processes.

• Knowledge of AI, predictive modeling, personalization, and other advanced customer engagement capabilities.

• Understanding of APIs, customer data platforms, event tracking, and contemporary marketing technology ecosystems.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in terms of business value.

• Inquisitive, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguous environments that promote innovation and experimentation.

• Experience in gaming, sports betting, eCommerce, subscription services, or other high-volume consumer sectors is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Python, automation tools, or data science workflows is a plus.
