This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Accountable for facilitating CRM application projects through design, development, testing, and ongoing assistance.
• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions consistent with Gainwell application development standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional analysts to collect, analyze, and document requirements.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and security roles to fulfill business objectives.
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and integrations utilizing C#.NET and JavaScript.
• Create extensions and custom components using Power Apps and Power Automate (Flows).
• Develop and support Power BI reports and dashboards utilizing Dynamics 365 data.
• Conduct unit testing, system validation, and assist in defect resolution activities.
• Provide continuous application support and maintenance for the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Generate and sustain technical documentation, including design specifications, configurations, and deployment manuals.
• Ensure CRM solutions adhere to Gainwell's security, quality, and operational standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Over 6 years of experience in CRM application development and support.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM).
• Solid development experience with C#.NET and JavaScript.
• Experience in developing Power Apps for CRM extensions.
• Familiarity with creating and managing Power Automate (Flows).
• Experience in developing Power BI reports using CRM data.
• Comprehensive understanding of Dynamics 365 workflows, configurations, and customization methods.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems and applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work efficiently in a large, matrixed enterprise environment.
