CRM Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design and refine email templates and reusable components in Braze utilizing HTML, CSS, Liquid, Content Blocks, and Connected Content.

• Create scalable, modular template frameworks to ensure consistent and efficient campaign execution.

• Implement dynamic content and personalization by utilizing structured data inputs from various sources.

• Perform comprehensive QA, rendering validation, and cross-environment testing to reduce defects.

• Diagnose template, data, and rendering problems to guarantee stable production releases.

• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and data teams to synchronize migration requirements and dependencies.

• Assist in documenting template systems, reusable components, and best practices for implementation.

• Participate in maintaining clean release cycles within enterprise delivery environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in CRM development, email development, or marketing technology implementation.

• Strong practical experience with Braze (essential), building production-ready email assets.

• Advanced skills in HTML and CSS, including design for responsive and modular email templates.

• Proven track record in supporting CRM platform migrations (asset rebuilds and/or data integration considerations).

• Exceptional attention to detail with a quality-first mindset and a structured QA approach.

• Comfortable operating in regulated enterprise environments; experience in financial services or insurance is beneficial.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of code quality.

• Strong collaboration abilities across cross-functional technical and marketing teams.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level.
