CRM Associate

📋 Description

• Maintain and refresh CRM databases to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data.

• Assist in the execution and analysis of marketing and sales campaigns driven by CRM.

• Collaborate across departments to enhance CRM workflows and reporting processes.

• Provide timely insights and reports to facilitate decision-making across various teams.

• Oversee daily tasks related to CRM data entry, cleansing, and validation.

• Help segment customer data for targeted communication efforts.

• Create and distribute regular CRM reports regarding customer activity and campaign performance.

• Partner with marketing and sales teams to adopt CRM best practices and automation techniques.

• Identify opportunities for improving CRM processes and suggest enhancements.

• Assist with user training and resolve CRM-related issues as required.

• Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience with CRM systems, ideally in a software or technology setting.

• Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
