CRM Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Input and uphold precise customer information within the CRM system, ensuring the integrity and consistency of data.

• Aid in data cleansing and periodic updates to remove duplicate entries and improve data quality.

• Work in partnership with sales, marketing, and customer service departments to fulfill their CRM-related requirements and ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.

• Create and distribute standard reports and dashboards to deliver insights into customer interactions and trends.

• Offer user support and training to internal teams on CRM tools, features, and best practices.

• Support the development of CRM workflows, automation, and integration with other software tools.

• Monitor the health of the CRM system and resolve minor technical issues, escalating more complex problems to the appropriate IT personnel when necessary.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of CRM processes and procedures to boost efficiency and user experience.

• Keep informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM management and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Familiarity with a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.

• Analytical mindset with a readiness to learn about data and performance metrics.
