CRM Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Input and maintain precise customer information within the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• Aid in data cleansing and perform regular updates to remove duplicate records and improve data quality.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to address their CRM-related requirements and ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.

• Create and distribute standard reports and dashboards to deliver insights into customer interactions and trends.

• Offer user support and training to internal teams regarding CRM tools, features, and best practices.

• Assist in the creation of CRM workflows, automation, and integration with other software tools.

• Monitor the health of the CRM system and resolve minor technical issues, escalating more complex problems to the relevant IT personnel when necessary.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of CRM processes and procedures to boost efficiency and user experience.

• Keep informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM management and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience using a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar applications.

• Analytical mindset with a readiness to learn about data and performance metrics.
