CRM Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Input and uphold accurate customer information within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

• Support data cleansing efforts and regular updates to remove duplicate records and enhance data quality.

• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to address their CRM-related requirements and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

• Create and share standard reports and dashboards to offer insights into customer interactions and trends.

• Offer user support and training for internal teams on CRM tools, features, and best practices.

• Assist in formulating CRM workflows, automation, and integration with additional software tools.

• Monitor the health of the CRM system and resolve minor technical issues, escalating more complex problems to the relevant IT staff as needed.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of CRM processes and procedures to boost efficiency and user experience.

• Keep informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM management and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience with a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.

• An analytical mindset with a desire to understand data and performance metrics.
