CRM Analyst – Data-Focused

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and create interactive dashboards, reports, and analyses using Power BI and Looker Studio.

• Develop and execute analytical models to aid in decision-making processes.

• Utilize multidimensional modeling techniques and perform data denormalization.

• Analyze the customer base to establish segmentations and identify behavioral patterns.

• Gather, clean, and integrate data from various sources to guarantee data quality and consistency.

• Conduct exploratory analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and valuable insights.

• Clearly and concisely interpret and communicate analysis results to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of data analysis systems and tools.

• Remain informed about trends and advancements in data analysis, contributing to ongoing innovation.

• Present analyses, reports, and dashboards during strategic meetings.

• Collaborate closely with the team to comprehend the link between CRM activities and their resultant outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

• Strong familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, QlikView, or similar platforms.

• Experience with Python or R, particularly with data analysis libraries such as pandas, numpy, and scikit-learn, is an advantage.

• Capability to create clear and engaging data visualizations.

• Basic knowledge of Hadoop and Spark is beneficial.

• Understanding of machine learning algorithms is a plus.
