Critical Incident Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance, support, and consultation to client-company leadership concerning traumatic incidents, employee fatalities, and other challenging situations.

• Oversee critical incident cases from the initial consultation call through to the final follow-up.

• Be available for on-call duties for one week every six weeks, including overnight and weekend shifts.

• Collaborate closely with service providers to ensure timely and expected service delivery.

• Maintain open lines of communication with client leadership as the primary point of contact.

• Address any issues or complaints with leadership and providers to ensure effective resolution.

• Negotiate rates with providers for onsite services and travel requirements.

• Keep accurate and complete records in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills: ability to gather data, establish facts, identify problems, and draw valid conclusions.

• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.

• Capability to work independently and in a fully remote capacity.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Aptitude for maintaining positive relationships with providers and clients to ensure satisfaction with services and outcomes.

• Proficiency in communicating with empathy during periods of extreme trauma, grief, and stress.

• Availability to handle on-call duties for one week every six weeks, including overnight and weekend shifts.

• Eligibility to work in the continental United States and Hawaii.
