This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Perform financial spreading and analyze risk ratings.
• Carry out in-depth credit due diligence alongside industry research.
• Draft annual and periodic credit assessments.
• Oversee borrower performance and monitor financial covenants.
• Suggest adjustments to risk ratings based on financial trends.
• Support Credit Products Specialists in structuring new loans and modifications.
• Create internal memoranda for credit approval.
• Execute market and collateral evaluations.
• Assess and interpret due diligence reports.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to develop financing-related pitch materials.
• Work closely with RMs, Credit Officers, and Credit Products Specialists to deliver data-driven insights.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at process improvement.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through credit training programs.
• Bachelor's Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field.
• Over 3 years of experience in commercial banking, credit analysis, or a related area.
• Expertise in financial modeling, credit risk assessment, and industry analysis.
• Capability to analyze intricate credit situations and propose solutions.
• Strong proficiency in monitoring financial reporting and managing credit agreements.
• Effectively collaborates with RMs, Credit Officers, and external partners.
• Utilizes critical thinking to resolve credit challenges and evaluate risk exposure.
• Skilled in financial analysis tools, CRM systems, and Excel (including pivot tables and financial modeling).
