Credit & Collections Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Engage actively with global clients through email, tickets, and phone calls to address outstanding debts with a solution-focused mindset.

• Work collaboratively with Accounting, Customer Care, and Key Account Management to ensure alignment on billing solutions.

• Oversee the strategic transfer of intricate cases to external collection agencies, guaranteeing effective cooperation throughout the process.

• Proactively enhance the collections workflow to develop quicker, more streamlined, and efficient financial procedures.

• Uphold the accuracy of customer profiles and financial information within internal systems to guarantee high-quality reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed apprenticeship in office management or a comparable professional qualification.

• Relevant experience in financial accounting or collections settings.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly skilled in using Excel or Google Sheets for data management.

• Fluent in English.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a diligent and organized approach.
