
Credit & Collections Analyst – UK Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Support the company in ensuring timely payment for goods and services provided to clients.
• Collaborate across various brands within the Ziff Davis portfolio.
• Report directly to the Senior Manager of Credit & Collections.
• Prepare, post, verify, and document customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
• Generate invoices in accordance with company guidelines; send invoices to customers.
• Keep customer files current, including changes to names or addresses, mergers, or mailing preferences.
• Compose correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collection efforts.
• Identify delinquent accounts through file reviews.
• Reach out to delinquent account holders to request payment.
• Generate reports outlining the current status of customer accounts as requested.
• Investigate customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the support of the Collections Manager and other team members.
• Work alongside the Collections Manager to periodically reconcile accounts receivable.
• Conduct credit checks on new accounts.
• Set up new accounts in the accounting system.
• Assist in producing monthly billing statements based on the general ledger.
• Support the Accounting Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month.
• Copy, file, and retrieve materials related to accounts receivable as needed.
• Communicate changes in information to the relevant employees.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, along with other accounting software programs.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to anticipate work requirements and engage professionally with customers.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of three to four years of relevant experience required.
