This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to safeguard customer data and financial documents.
• Conduct credit assessments for both new and existing clients, evaluating the credit risk tied to the proposed or assigned credit limits.
• Execute comprehensive financial analyses and offer recommendations to aid management in their decision-making processes.
• Generate ad-hoc analyses, executive summaries, and regular reports to facilitate management decisions.
• Track and evaluate key economic indicators across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities within the global customer portfolio.
• Carry out cash flow analyses and develop customer forecasts.
• Conduct research and devise innovative techniques, ideas, and solutions to address various credit challenges.
• Provide essential updates to relevant departments regarding the financial status of their customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations to assist in order management decisions (such as holds and releases) by monitoring credit exposure, overdue trends, and dispute risks.
• Operate as a unified global team, coordinating and facilitating credit and collections efforts through effective communication and collaboration across regions.
• Implement credit policies and procedures, which includes: familiarizing oneself with policies and procedures.
• Regularly maintain and update desktop procedures.
• Communicate and enforce policies as needed.
• Assist in SOX controls and compliance procedures.
• Execute any ad-hoc control procedures that may be assigned.
• Experience in a credit analysis role or quantitative background.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (fluent understanding and reading of Chinese is a plus).
• Capability to effectively manage competing project deadlines with varying levels of supervision.
