This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +17 more states.
• Oversee the end-to-end credentialing process for providers, occasionally handling large volumes of credentialing cases.
• Develop and implement best practices and innovative workflows for effective provider credentialing management.
• Collaborate across teams with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct research to establish policies, procedures, and processes.
• Optimize processes and best practices to ensure a more organized approach to healthcare provider credentialing.
• Partner with clients to credential various types of providers across multiple states.
• Execute primary source verification.
• Contribute to the evolution of credentialing while being part of a closely-knit, collaborative team.
• A minimum of 1 year of pertinent experience in Credentialing Management, including work with physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Ideal candidates will have knowledge of NCQA standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Professional experience with Google Suite, including Gmail and Google Docs.
• Proficient in using Adobe software.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in the fast-paced healthcare technology sector.
• Capacity to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Skill in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Competence in performing both independent tasks and collaborative teamwork.
