This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Clinician documentation from the initial submission to assignment
• Ensure compliance with baseline and facility requirements
• Assist current and prospective Clinicians in obtaining necessary certifications, health documents, background checks, licensure, specialty testing, and facility-specific paperwork
• Maintain communication regarding assignment-at-risk items and projected start dates
• Confirm requirements and relay updates to the Hospital Database Coordinator or designated VMS
• Dispatch clearance notices and proof of completed compliance checklists to facilities
• Gather and distribute reporting instructions and orientation materials
• Adhere to Fast Start and 48-hour response and communication protocols
• Meet required monthly audit scores and achieve performance benchmarks set by leadership
• Mentor trainees and provide guidance on assignment and inquiries from pending Clinicians
• Engage in cross-training sessions and adapt across business lines as needed
• Collaborate with Credentialing, Client Services, Recruitment, Clients, and Clinicians
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Over 1 year of related experience and/or training
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to swiftly learn new systems
• Keen attention to detail
• Competence in effectively working in a fast-paced and complex environment while maintaining a sense of urgency
• Capability to follow direction and operate independently under established policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Strong customer service skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Comfort in communicating with employees across various functional areas
• Understanding of medical terminology and familiarity with occupational health
• Ability to quickly resolve or escalate issues as necessary
