This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
β’ Overseeing the credentialing, recredentialing, and licensing processes for clinical personnel with health insurance providers, certification boards, and other relevant agencies.
β’ Ensuring adherence to various state, federal, and payer regulations.
β’ Responsible for pre-application intake, monitoring, application submission, and follow-up activities.
β’ Maintaining a streamlined and compliant onboarding process.
β’ Inputting and updating provider credential databases such as CAQH and NPPES.
β’ Continuously monitoring the credentials of clinical staff to ensure that licenses and certifications are up-to-date and active.
β’ Collaborating closely with internal departments to share provider information and address any inconsistencies.
β’ Assisting with various other duties within the Revenue and Contracting department.
β’ Bachelor's Degree preferred, though not mandatory.
β’ Proven proficiency with productivity and project management software (Microsoft Office, G Suite, Asana).
β’ Skills in database management including querying, reporting, and generating documents.
β’ Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing organization.
β’ Strong understanding of the credentialing process, accreditation, and regulatory standards, with the capability to lead and facilitate processes through influence and collaboration.
β’ Familiarity with Medical Terminology.
β’ Excellent organizational and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Ability to exercise independent judgment in managing and sharing confidential information.
β’ Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and initiative to analyze and disseminate pertinent credentialing data across internal company divisions.
β’ Competence in making priority decisions without direct supervision.
β’ Preferred: Experience with provider credential databases such as CAQH and NPPES.
β’ Preferred: Experience with JIRA.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with HIPAA and environments sensitive to compliance.
