Credentialing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review and finalize credentialing and re-credentialing files submitted to ComPsych

• Reach out to providers via phone or email to obtain any missing information

• Complete the credentialing and re-credentialing process for submitted files within specified timeframes

• Effectively identify "red flag" files and direct them for resolution

• Conduct queries on designated providers to acquire written reports and review for incidents within specified timeframes

• Perform additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of preferred experience in data entry

• An Associate's Degree or relevant experience is required

• Capability to manage multiple tasks; excellent organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail along with follow-up abilities

• Exceptional communication skills
