This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage daily operational functions to ensure alignment with the organization's objectives.

• Establish and uphold operational policies and procedures.

• Inspire and lead a team of operational staff members.

• Offer direction, training, and support to team members to improve their performance and professional growth.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancement and implement modifications to boost efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows.

• Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.

• Monitor resource usage and propose recommendations for optimization.

• Establish and uphold quality control standards to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products and services.

• Conduct regular audits and evaluations to pinpoint and address areas needing improvement.

• Promote open communication among departments to facilitate smooth collaboration.

• Work in coordination with other managers to align operational processes with the overall goals of the organization.

• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance.

• Analyze data and generate reports to assist in decision-making.

• Identify training requirements within the operations team and create programs to enhance skill sets.

• Implement continuous professional development initiatives.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field is required; Master’s Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of proven success in an operations management position.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.

• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Capability to handle confidential information professionally.

• Ability to make informed business decisions.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with and manage diverse groups of people.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong leadership and analytical capabilities.

• Must possess organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to build and motivate teams.

• Excellent presentation and organizational skills, with the capacity to collaborate, manage, and cultivate relationships across the organization and with all management levels.
