This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct quality audits and regular evaluations of credentialing files and documentation to ensure precision, thoroughness, and compliance.
• Detect trends, inaccuracies, and process deficiencies through continuous quality assurance and auditing efforts.
• Assist with internal and external audits by collecting documentation, preparing responses, and coordinating audit-related tasks.
• Monitor and manage corrective action plans associated with audit findings, internal assessments, and compliance issues.
• Collaborate with credentialing leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of challenges.
• Create audit summaries, reports, and supporting documentation for compliance and audit stakeholders.
• Keep well-organized records of audit results, corrective measures, and follow-up actions.
• Develop and refine audit tools, workflows, quality review resources, and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee compliance with credentialing standards, internal controls, and process requirements.
• Clearly communicate audit findings and trends to leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to boost quality, consistency, and audit preparedness.
• Work with internal teams to address credentialing-related challenges and support operational objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare operations, credentialing, quality assurance, compliance, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation provider credentialing, provider data management, quality assurance, auditing, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with credentialing workflows, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in supporting audits, quality assessments, or monitoring activities.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Adobe for reporting and documentation purposes.
• High attention to detail and capability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
