This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Expand and maintain a portfolio of valuable creators by implementing data-driven monetization strategies.
• Evaluate creator performance metrics to identify challenges, highlight opportunities, and suggest actionable next steps.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue and retention goals for your assigned accounts.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Marketing, and RevOps teams to champion creator needs and drive growth.
• Keep abreast of trends in the creator economy, monetization techniques, and best practices for platforms.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an account or management position.
• Prior experience as a creator success account manager is essential.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Gmail, Asana, Excel, and data analysis platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in managing revenue-generating relationships in account management, creator partnerships, or client success settings.
• Strong proficiency in G-Suite, with HubSpot experience being advantageous.
• A solid background and understanding of influencer or affiliate marketing are required.
