This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Ongoing evaluation of digital performance, analyzing key metrics and KPIs across various paid media channels (SEM, social media advertising, video, and display) to assess the effectiveness of each campaign;
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to convert business goals into effective digital strategies, outlining audience segmentation, conversion objectives, and channel allocation;
• Implementing continuous adjustments based on real-time data and accumulated insights, aiming to enhance the ROI and operational efficiency of campaigns;
• Oversight and management of the digital marketing budget, ensuring smart and flexible resource allocation across different channels and market opportunities;
• Compiling regular performance reports, converting complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent;
• Strong experience in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads);
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or comparable);
• Analytical skills to interpret substantial data volumes and develop strategies accordingly;
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to manage expectations with partners and business teams;
• Experience in budget management and media planning;
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
