This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance the creative product throughout the client portfolio.
• Monitor trends on Meta and TikTok and convert them into effective best practices.
• Lead and guide a team of creative strategists.
• Ensure that the production process is aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with talent to guarantee that the creative strategy aligns with creator workflows.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients to generate momentum swiftly.
• Present strategies and offer feedback to clients with confidence.
• Over 7 years of experience in performance creative, predominantly within an agency managing extensive portfolios.
• Familiarity with DTC brands, fitness applications, and consumer technology launches.
• Demonstrated ability in revenue generation and quantifiable influence on conversion rates.
• Understanding of direct response creative methodologies.
• Competence in analyzing and modifying strategies based on data and performance metrics.
• Experience in developing and mentoring creatives and strategists.
• Capability to uphold quality and maintain client confidence under performance-related pressure.
