• Take ownership and enhance the creative product across the client portfolio.
• Monitor trends on Meta and TikTok, translating them into effective best practices.
• Lead and guide a team of creative strategists.
• Ensure that the production process aligns with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with talent to guarantee that the creative strategy is aligned with the creator processes.
• Oversee the onboarding of new clients to quickly build momentum.
• Present strategies and provide feedback to clients with confidence.
• Over 7 years of experience in performance creative, primarily in an agency managing large portfolios.
• Background in DTC brands, fitness applications, and consumer technology launches.
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and deliver measurable improvements in conversion rates.
• Strong understanding of direct response creative.
• Capability to analyze and modify strategies based on data and performance insights.
• Experience in developing and mentoring creatives and strategists.
• Ability to uphold quality and maintain client confidence even under performance pressure.
