This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform in-depth creative research utilizing platforms such as Foreplay, TikTok Creative Center, competitor analysis, and reviews.
• Develop weekly concepts, hooks, and angles informed by data and psychological insights.
• Evaluate and prioritize ideas using the ICE method (Impact, Confidence, Ease).
• Create comprehensive scripts and briefs for creators, ambassadors, and editors.
• Oversee production processes with video and static editors to ensure a high-volume output with accuracy.
• Rapidly transform successful concepts into 20 to 50 variations.
• Record insights, lessons learned, and patterns to enhance the overall system.
• Quickly adapt and iterate based on data and emerging trends.
• Strong fundamentals in copywriting, including hooks, beliefs, and levels of awareness.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting creative data.
• Experience working with high-performing brands or agencies.
• A performance-driven mindset with no ego.
• Proficiency in English is required; French language skills are a plus.
