This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the creative strategy for both organic and paid content: including hooks, angles, formats, narratives, and determining future tests.

• Develop scripts and briefs for short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and advertising creatives.

• Deliver a high volume of work: aiming for 30-50 variations of ad creatives monthly alongside a steady flow of organic content. Iteration is key to this role.

• Collaborate closely with our media buyer to analyze performance data and incorporate insights into the next creative cycle.

• Stay deeply engaged with platform trends — understanding formats, successful strategies in related niches, and the current algorithm preferences.


⛳️ Requirements

• A diverse portfolio showcasing various styles: talking-head, voiceover/b-roll, testimonials, meme edits — not limited to a single signature style.

• Proficiency in discussing performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate) and interpreting ad account data.

• Experience in personally delivering hundreds of ad variations, not just a few.

• Exceptional writing skills — crafting hooks, scripts, and captions. Most creative successes or failures occur within the first three seconds, emphasizing the importance of strong writing.

• A comprehensive understanding of the full funnel: recognizing how ad creative interacts with the landing page, offer, and target audience, and proactively inquiring about all three.

• Nice to have

• A background or genuine interest in markets, trading, quantitative finance, or technical subjects — while you don't have to be a quant, the ability to learn this material quickly without discomfort is essential.

• Experience building or growing your own creator account.
