This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Evaluate creative materials to ensure compliance with MLR standards prior to client Medical, Legal, and Regulatory assessments.
• Conduct final quality evaluations on approved landing pages, advertisements, emails, and other creative content prior to launch.
• Utilize Veeva Vault PromoMats for annotating assets, managing claims and references, tracking submissions, and preparing 2253 filings.
• Uphold standards regarding brand, design, style-guide, copy, grammar, tone, and approved claims.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance QA standards, checklists, compliance guides, and review procedures.
• Oversee Asana boards and track deliverables efficiently.
• Manage timelines, feedback cycles, task assignments, client stakeholders, points of contact, cross-channel project managers, and assets provided by clients.
• Implement AI technologies to improve and streamline business operations.
• Utilize Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem for departmental tasks.
• Create consistent pre-submission and pre-launch QA checkpoints while ensuring regulatory submission accuracy.
• A minimum of 4 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical creative production, either in an agency or in-house, with direct experience in MLR review processes.
• Proven understanding of FDA OPDP guidelines and 21 CFR 202.
• Familiarity with fair balance, ISI placement, and the rules governing branded, unbranded, and disease-awareness content.
• Knowledge of 2253 filing requirements is essential.
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats is highly desirable, including skills in annotating, claims management, and submission oversight.
• A keen eye for brand consistency, design quality, and accurate copy across various platforms such as paid social, display, landing pages, and emails.
• Ability to document, maintain, and enhance QA standards independently.
• Competence in reviewing creative work and providing clear, actionable feedback to designers, copywriters, and freelancers.
• Proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools.
• Experience collaborating with project management teams in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Bonus: Certification in Veeva PromoMats, experience with modular content strategy, or work with both pharma-regulated and non-regulated healthcare clients.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
