Creative Producer, Crypto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete production process for both static and video content.

• Create briefs and guide designers, video editors, and other members of the production team, ensuring all outputs meet creative standards.

• Manage quality control for visuals, videos, and written content prior to delivery.

• Coordinate production timelines, set priorities, and allocate resources effectively.

• Maintain a consistent volume and high quality of creative output.

• Engage directly with clients to grasp their objectives and provide regular updates.

• Lead and support creative teams throughout the production cycle.

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new members of the production and creative teams.

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure project success.

• Monitor budgets, estimate costs, and ensure financial effectiveness.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to streamline creative operations.

• Transform product updates, features, and narratives into captivating content ideas that align with the brand's marketing objectives and target demographic.

• Serve as the product knowledge expert for the creative team, providing guidance on the necessary crypto context for effective execution.

• Analyze content performance, identify successful elements, and incorporate insights back into the content strategy and production choices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading comprehensive creative production for clients or brands.

• Extensive expertise in filming, editing, and motion design, along with the ability to produce outstanding creatives.

• Proven history of leading creative teams and enhancing creative performance.

• Deeply knowledgeable in the crypto and web3 domains, with a solid understanding of the market, culture, and crypto marketing, as well as a strong creative sense of what resonates in the crypto space.

• Documented success in managing marketing and content projects within the crypto and web3 sectors.

• Excellent communication skills in English, adept at managing client relationships.

• Highly organized and detail-focused, capable of managing multiple productions at once.

• Self-motivated and proactive, bringing ideas forward, identifying issues early, and taking full responsibility.
