This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Edit short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, focusing on cuts, captions, sound design, b-roll, and pacing.
• Generate multiple variations of ad creative quickly — when we find a successful approach, we need 10 iterations delivered promptly.
• Assist in composing hooks, scripts, and captions under the guidance of senior team members.
• Collaborate with freelance UGC creators and on-camera talent by scheduling shoots, providing briefs, and organizing footage.
• Oversee posting schedules and manage basic channel administration across various platforms.
• Keep up with trends, formats, and effective strategies in finance and business content.
• Monitor basic performance metrics (views, hook rate, hold rate, CTR) and share insights with the team.
• Develop email marketing content and campaigns.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, either through professional roles or dedicated personal projects/channels.
• A reel or portfolio demonstrating your understanding of short-form pacing, hooks, captions, and platform-specific editing — beyond just technical skills.
• Strong writing abilities — capable of enhancing captions, refining hooks, and proposing improved opening lines.
• A high-volume mindset — enthusiastic about producing a large quantity of work, iterating rapidly, and not overly fixating on individual pieces.
• Proficient in creating viral content across various channels: email, organic, and paid (including static and video formats).
• $55-80K salary range based on experience.
• Fully remote position with flexible hours and an asynchronous-first culture.
