This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of project scopes, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments to guarantee transparency, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Lead project scoping and preparation prior to resource allocation.
• Oversee team workflows, resource distribution, and staffing strategies across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Support vendor strategy and maintain relationships with scenic fabricators, technical partners, and experiential specialists.
• Manage internal stakeholder expectations, project scope, and overall satisfaction.
• Act as the creative production authority within brand experiences.
• Assess concept feasibility, scalability, production efficiency, and execution requirements.
• Align creative goals with production realities and budget limitations while maintaining creative quality.
• Promote purpose-driven storytelling through physical brand executions.
• Coordinate efforts among creative, strategy, production, media, and client-facing teams.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment with campaign and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance brand activation and experiential marketing across events, partnerships, and branded environments.
• Review and improve workflows, systems, and creative production methodologies to boost operational efficiency.
• A minimum of 7 years in creative production.
• Proven experience managing multiple intricate creative projects concurrently.
• Strong grasp of the creative process and collaboration with Creative Directors, designers, and creative leaders.
• Experience within an in-house creative team or internal creative agency; agency experience is also appreciated.
• Proficient in Adobe Workfront or comparable creative production platforms.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies and the ability to integrate AI tools into production workflows.
• Strong capabilities in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments and handle ambiguity.
• A systems-thinking mindset with an emphasis on high-quality creative results.
• Experience in supporting experiential marketing, brand activations, creative production, or large-scale creative campaigns is highly desirable.
• Must possess legal authorization to live and work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
