This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of comprehensive project scopes, timelines, budgets, and risk evaluations.
• Propel project scoping and preparation prior to resource allocation.
• Oversee team workflows, resource distribution, and staffing strategies across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Foster vendor strategies and maintain relationships with scenic fabricators, technical collaborators, and experiential specialists.
• Manage expectations of internal stakeholders, project scope, and satisfaction levels.
• Act as the expert in creative production for brand experiences.
• Provide guidance on concept development concerning feasibility, scalability, production efficiency, and execution requirements.
• Align creative aspirations with production realities and budget limitations.
• Support meaningful storytelling through physical brand executions.
• Coordinate efforts among creative, strategy, production, media, and client-facing teams.
• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders across various departments.
• Identify opportunities for brand activation and experiential marketing within events, partnerships, and branded environments.
• Assess and enhance workflows, systems, and creative production practices to boost operational efficiency.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in creative production.
• Proven ability to manage multiple intricate creative projects concurrently.
• Strong comprehension of the creative process.
• Experience working collaboratively with Creative Directors, designers, and creative leadership.
• Background in an in-house creative team or internal creative agency; agency experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Workfront or comparable creative production platforms.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies and the ability to integrate AI tools into production workflows.
• Strong capabilities in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments and handle ambiguity.
• A strong systems-thinking perspective.
• Experience in supporting experiential marketing, brand activations, creative production, or large-scale creative campaigns is highly desirable.
• Must have legal authorization to reside and work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Possibility of contract extension.
