Creative Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of entering all deliverables into the tracking system, collaborating within approved campaigns to set deadlines, coordinate resources, and engage external vendors as necessary.

• Record incoming marketing and production requests, ensuring they are documented with complete details and directed to the appropriate owners across all Marketing disciplines.

• Monitor progress across active workstreams, identify risks early, and ensure seamless follow-through from intake to delivery and archiving.

• Oversee schedules, deliverables, and timelines across active workstreams, ensuring production stays on track and highlighting any delays promptly.

• Assist in weekly status/production meetings and reporting, delivering clear visibility into ongoing tasks, blocked items, and potential risks.

• Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to keep them updated on progress, upcoming milestones, and possible risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7 to 9 years of experience in a position that combines project coordination, workflow management, and inter-team communication.

• Project management experience in supporting intricate, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

• Practical knowledge of project management and workflow platforms such as Airtable.

• Experience in creating forms, views, dashboards, and ensuring data integrity for effective tracking and reliable reporting.

• Understanding of digital asset management platforms and their underlying principles: taxonomy, metadata, naming conventions, versioning, and findability.

• Experience or comfort working alongside creative production, video production, and post-production workflows.

• A clear, proactive communicator capable of collaborating with creatives, producers, marketers, vendors, and technical stakeholders.
