This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage the complete weekly creative pipeline from start to finish.
• Collaborate closely with our Media Buyer to transform performance data into creative insights.
• Develop and enhance our creator engine.
• Create and improve the systems that support the creative team.
• Establish the strategy for what we will test and the rationale behind it.
• Foster strong feedback loops between performance metrics and production processes.
• Minimum of 2 years in performance creative, paid social, or content roles where your contributions directly influenced metrics such as CTR, CPA, or conversion rates.
• Strong intuition for effective strategies in paid social campaigns.
• Experience working with performance data across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Motion, etc.).
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while collaborating with a cross-functional team.
• Proficient in editing, scripting, recording, or resolving bottlenecks.
