πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Spearhead the creative strategy for advertisements across various campaigns.

β€’ Conceptualize, direct, and manage both video and static ad creatives for Meta and other platforms.

β€’ Formulate creative strategies and concepts, including educational materials and testimonials.

β€’ Evaluate ad performance to guide creative modifications.

β€’ Oversee the creative workflow from initial concept to final delivery.

β€’ Devise fresh perspectives for the same offers and target audiences.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Demonstrated experience as a Creative Director or senior creative strategist in performance marketing or direct response settings.

β€’ Profound understanding of what drives ad conversions on Meta and paid social β€” focusing not just on aesthetics, but on action-oriented results.

β€’ Robust portfolio showcasing ad campaigns you've directed, particularly emphasizing video creative.

β€’ Experience in producing and directing UGC-style content, influencer-led advertisements, and low-fidelity formats that yield results.

β€’ Capability to quickly generate multiple creative perspectives for the same product or offer.

β€’ A keen awareness of current trends β€” you are attuned to what’s popular, effective, and what may soon become outdated.

β€’ Strong narrative skills and a keen eye for pacing, hooks, and retention in short-form video content.

β€’ Experience with creative testing methodologies (such as hook testing, modular creative, iterative versioning) is advantageous.

β€’ Background in copywriting or direct response marketing is a plus.

β€’ Familiarity with creative analytics tools and platform-specific ad metrics (like hook rate, hold rate, thumbstop ratio) is a plus.

β€’ Experience in the healthcare, dental, or local service sectors is a plus.

β€’ Ability to edit or create mock-ups of rough cuts using tools such as CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, etc., is a plus.
