This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Oversee our Copy and Graphics Teams
• Ensure that all creative deliverables, particularly email and SMS content, are of exceptional quality, aligned with our brand, and focused on performance
• Manage, mentor, and nurture both the Copywriting and Graphics teams by providing clear guidance, mentorship, and support in hiring
• Spearhead the development of on-brand, high-converting Email and SMS content
• Coordinate copy and design initiatives with client objectives and strategic teams
• Collaborate with Account Managers to meet client revenue and engagement goals
• Address any client concerns related to creative work in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure that all creative materials are optimized for mobile devices and compatible with dark mode
• Utilize Klaviyo features and implement basic HTML/CSS for email construction
• A minimum of 8 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in DTC eCommerce Email, SMS, and CRM Marketing
• Relevant skills and experience in branding, graphic design, and copywriting
• Familiarity with the internet marketing sector
• Proficient in HTML and CSS coding
• Comfortable and confident in communicating with clients across various regions and time zones, including North America and Australia
