This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take charge of the creative strategy for client accounts, ensuring that all outputs align with brand objectives and growth targets.
• Evaluate client intake forms, products, competitors, customer feedback, and brand guidelines to formulate high-converting creative strategies.
• Identify customer pain points, product advantages, and market opportunities to develop engaging creative directions.
• Create clear briefs for Main Images, Secondary Images, A+ Content, Brand Story, and Storefront projects.
• Offer strategic direction, mood boards, and creative insights to designers, fostering an environment for innovation and creativity.
• Present briefs either internally or directly to clients, gather feedback, and refine concepts as necessary.
• Oversee project flow within ClickUp, ensuring tasks progress efficiently through statuses and that deadlines are adhered to.
• Confirm that designers are appropriately assigned and that timelines are understood for each project.
• Engage with clients as needed to address issues, align expectations, and restore confidence in the creative process.
• Review all creative assets prior to delivery to guarantee strategic alignment, high visual quality, and impactful messaging.
• Lead revisions related to copy, structure, layout, storytelling, and conversion performance.
• Approve final designs and confirm that all assets comply with internal quality standards before submission.
• Continuously enhance creative quality, workflows, and efficiency throughout the department.
• Keep an eye on competitor creatives and Amazon market trends to ensure clients maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, PPC Strategists, Designers, and Leadership to optimize client success.
• Deliver top-notch service (5/5) to uphold high standards of client satisfaction.
• Over 3 years of experience in Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, or Design Leadership roles.
• Essential: Extensive experience in the Amazon marketplace (creative, listings, branding, or e-commerce growth).
• Strong knowledge of Amazon creative assets including Main Images, Secondary Images, A+ Content, Brand Story, and Storefronts.
• Demonstrated experience leading designers or managing creative workflows across multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience analyzing competitor landscapes and creating creatives that exceed market standards.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in client-facing meetings and presentations.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
• English proficiency: at least B2 level to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and ownership-driven.
