This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will act as a catalyst for innovative thinking.
• You will mentor and support your creative team in achieving their finest work.
• You will uphold the brand's creative standards, including tone, voice, appearance, feel, and overall vibe.
• You will collaborate as a cross-functional partner, directly engaging with teams such as Organic, Growth, Product, and Product Marketing.
• You will manage advertising and design projects across various formats, playing a significant role in our social media channels.
• Foster a supportive environment. Be tough on the work.
• Over ten years of experience on either the agency side or brand side, with a portfolio showcasing original ideas, exceptional craftsmanship, and bold initiatives.
• You are an outstanding writer, known for your craft and meticulous editing skills, as well as your ability to create compelling headlines. You can write extensively when required.
• You come from a place of empathy, generously offering your time and showing a deep commitment to the professional development and personal well-being of your team.
• You aim for clarity and consistent connection, valuing relationships and striving to unite people.
• You possess a curious disposition, staying attuned to cultural trends and the current zeitgeist.
