This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Achieve outstanding results that create a meaningful impact.
• Manage the copywriting and artistic direction of direct response marketing materials.
• Motivate clients and team members with innovative strategies and ideas.
• Create inventive digital and direct mail creative strategies.
• Provide leadership within the client group and mentor full-time creative staff.
• Assist in crafting materials for new business pitches.
• Travel as needed for sales initiatives and to build client relationships.
• A portfolio showcasing creative examples that reflect exceptional craftsmanship and innovative concepts.
• Focused experience in executing digital creative projects.
• A graduate degree in Advertising, Fine Arts, or related fields.
• Proficiency in both PC and Mac platforms.
• Over 10 years of experience in direct response fundraising for nonprofits is preferred.
• More than 5 years of experience managing accounts for national brands is preferred (whether for-profit, non-profit, or both).
• Familiarity with best practices in offer development for direct response marketing.
• Experience in both concept and campaign development.
• Background in creative development for digital media.
• Documented success in supervising staff.
