This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ The Creative Director is tasked with spearheading creative excellence for designated brands and accounts.
β’ Collaborates closely with Client Services, Strategy, Production, as well as Science & Medicine to provide innovative, strategically driven creative solutions.
β’ Directs the creative team in the ideation, development, and execution of campaigns that convey brand personality with craftsmanship, content integrity, and high production value.
β’ Plays an essential role in nurturing a team culture centered on creativity, courage, inclusion, and diverse perspectives.
β’ Preferred experience in Gene Therapy/Sickle Cell, Rare Disease, and Multi-Cultural Marketing.
β’ 11β14 years of creative experience in healthcare advertising, integrated marketing, or a related discipline.
β’ Proven track record in leading concept development and producing groundbreaking creative work.
β’ Excellent presentation skills with the capability to convey creative strategy effectively and persuasively.
β’ Experience in managing and nurturing creative teams across various levels.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical and regulatory environments (familiarity with MLR is preferred), combining scientific precision with emotional resonance.
β’ Strong skills in cross-discipline collaboration.
β’ Proficient in design and creative technology tools, including AI.
