This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Availability during core U.S. Pacific Time business hours is mandatory (9 AM – 5 PM PT).
• You will take charge of the complete creative process for paid performance advertising, including strategy, production, and optimization.
• You will be responsible for personally producing the work.
• Assist our team in crafting copy, designing static visuals, editing videos, creating landing page concepts, and rapidly iterating based on data.
• Assume responsibility for creative decisions throughout the entire customer journey.
• Collaborate directly with our co-founders and manage the output from concept to checkout.
• Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Required).
• Hands-On Maker First: This role is not suitable if your last three positions were primarily focused on managing others rather than directly producing ads.
• Exceptional Eye for Design & Copy: A genuine artistic sensibility and formal or highly practiced design skills are essential.
• DR Track Record: A portfolio that demonstrates ads resulting in measurable conversions (CPA, ROAS, CVR), rather than just engagement or brand impressions.
• Platform Fluency: A deep, hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube advertising, and Reddit Ads is required.
• AI-Native: You integrate AI tools as a fundamental part of your daily production workflow, not merely as a novelty.
• Systems Thinker: You naturally evaluate the complete journey from ad to checkout.
