This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee creative deliverables across various accounts, teams, and disciplines.
• Establish the creative standards and influence the overall creative direction.
• Assist teams in translating the creative vision into tangible work.
• Enhance creative solutions by utilizing the appropriate talent and disciplines.
• Advocate for digital, social, paid, and emerging platforms.
• Address creative challenges with both strategic insight and agility.
• Leverage insights, cultural trends, and technology to generate relevant, timely, and impactful concepts.
• Actively recognize and pursue client opportunities.
• Facilitate creative discussions with clients and internal teams through strategic and business perspectives.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with clients and provide solutions that elevate both the work and business objectives.
• Direct, mentor, and develop creative teams across diverse projects.
• Promote curiosity, teamwork, constructive feedback, high standards, respect, and accountability.
• Manage feedback, resolve conflicts, and navigate challenging conversations.
• Assist in performance evaluations and continuous professional development.
• A portfolio showcasing conceptual brilliance and a digital-first mindset; portfolio is mandatory.
• Over 10 years of experience in a creative agency setting.
• Strong preference for candidates with digital expertise.
• Demonstrated experience in leading multiple teams and managing large accounts.
• Profound understanding of storytelling across digital, social, paid, and print mediums.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking combined with creative skills.
• A genuine interest in culture, technology, and marketing.
• Ability to translate insights into innovative ideas.
• Confidence in making decisions, challenging norms, and advancing projects.
• Comfort working hands-on while providing high-level leadership.
• Must reside in Canada and be eligible to work in Canada.
• Must be based in British Columbia, Alberta, or Ontario.
