This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the creative direction for all active brands while ensuring consistency in voice, visual standards, and quality of output.
• Develop clear, human-centered creative briefs for content and design teams to ensure alignment and actionable execution.
• Author and direct essential sales materials, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and video sales letter scripts.
• Transform business successes and quantifiable results into engaging before-and-after case studies that feature a clear narrative and evidence.
• Manage copy for landing pages, email sequences, and outreach messages, or provide detailed briefs for those assets.
• Establish a content system that translates ideas, stories, and successes into repeatable multi-format outputs across various platforms.
• Identify effective hooks, formats, and messaging angles that drive performance, using those insights to inform future campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with revenue and marketing teams to ensure that funnel strategy, messaging, and content function cohesively as a single system.
• Lead the creative team by setting standards, providing feedback, and ensuring timely output.
• Analyze and report on what is working, what isn’t, and where creative efforts should be intensified based on measurable responses.
• Demonstrated experience in leading revenue-driven creative projects in a hands-on execution capacity.
• Exceptional writing skills across sales copy, case studies, content, and marketing materials.
• Proficient in English, with clear and effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Availability to support consistent collaboration in a dynamic remote work environment.
• Capacity to guide creatives through effective briefing, feedback, and quality control without resorting to micromanagement.
• Strong discernment regarding what constitutes effective content versus merely polished material.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to deliver, iterate, and enhance quickly.
• Comfort in working within founder-led, high-accountability workflows.
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Go High Level, or similar platforms is highly advantageous.
• A direct, low-drama communication style and a commitment to consistent follow-through are essential.
