• About the Role: This is a hybrid creative leadership position for an operator capable of transforming business insights into assets that generate revenue. You will enter a dynamic environment where the expectation is to build rather than wait for a fully established system. Responsibilities are delegated based on outcomes rather than detailed oversight.
• You are expected to interpret strategic directives, transform them into coherent briefs, campaigns, and sales assets, and maintain high momentum across multiple projects.
• Lead the creative direction for all active brands and ensure consistency in voice, visual standards, and output quality.
• Develop clear human-centered creative briefs for content and design resources to ensure execution is aligned and actionable.
• Write and direct essential sales materials including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and video sales letter scripts.
• Transform business successes and quantifiable results into engaging before-and-after case studies with a clear narrative and evidence.
• Oversee copy for landing pages, email sequences, and outreach messages, or provide precise direction for those assets.
• Establish a content system that converts ideas, narratives, and successes into repeatable multi-format outputs across various platforms.
• Identify effective hooks, formats, and messaging angles, then leverage those insights to inform future campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with revenue and marketing teams to ensure that funnel strategy, messaging, and content operate as a cohesive system.
• Lead the creative function by setting standards, providing feedback, and ensuring timely output.
• Analyze performance to identify what is effective, what is not, and where creative efforts should be intensified based on measurable responses.

• Proven experience in leading revenue-driven creative initiatives in a hands-on execution capacity.
• Exceptional writing skills across sales copy, case studies, content, and marketing materials.
• Proficient in English, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability that facilitates consistent collaboration in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Ability to guide creatives through effective briefing, feedback, and quality control without micromanaging.
• Strong judgment regarding what constitutes effective content versus merely polished work.
• Proactive mindset with the capacity to deliver, iterate, and enhance quickly.
• Comfort working within founder-led, high-accountability workflows.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Go High Level, or similar systems is a significant advantage.
• A direct, low-drama communication style and reliable follow-through are essential.
